MANAGEMENT TEAM

Crystal Lim Crystal Lim Leahy
Founding Director

Crystal is a creative, driven and multi-faceted investor and entrepreneur with a background in banking and the financial markets.

Crystal’s career started in 2000 when she joined the world of investment banking and corporate finance with UBS AG during the heady days of the dotcom boom and developed an appetite for deal-making. She then moved on to institutional equities broking with global financial institutions and subsequently, financial services headhunting where she found tremendous satisfaction in working with individual clients.

She came up with the idea of the Legacy Retreat after a 2 year sabbatical in rural Australia, where she and her husband set up the micro vineyard Cable Car Estate.

Crystal is passionate about self-actualisation and exploring areas where she can contribute and serve society.

She sits on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Ireland Fund, an Institution of Public Character in Singapore, and is a sponsor of Smiling Mind, a non profit initiative in Australia which aims to teach young people Mindfulness Meditation and anger management skills.
